DLIS now has a new one way to communicate with current students. Under courses in Blackboard you should see Colloquia. Currently, the Colloquia includes a tutorial for new students entering Summer 2012 or Fall Summer 2012. While students of earlier cohorts are not required to complete the tutorial, they may browse the materials and find them useful. Colloquia tutorial includes 9 Modules consisting of lessons in: St. John’s Central, Blackboard, SJU email, Powerpoint, Excel, Web tools, Career Development, and ePortfolio. Coming soon, Colloquia will include information about comprehensive exams, internships and career opportunities, news, course schedule information and more.
